Description Description: Making sure that redundancies are implemented accordingly. Draft IT policies and SOPs and ensure that they are adhered to. Making sur that security measures on all systems are put in place. Negotiating contracts with 3rd party providers and suppliers. Managing 3rd party providers and suppliers. Compile the IT budget and ensure adherence to approved budget. Control the asset register Monitor irregularities and take necessary counter measures. Monitor the performance of the server Back up of server environment, Configuration of switches and firewalls as well as the monitoring and managing firewalls. Working with telephone systems and making sure that are working properly. Manage operations of cloud solutions. Backup of server environment and managing of the database server. Education and Experience: BSc. Degree in Information Technology degree or diploma At least 8 years of experience Windows server 2008/2012/2016 At least 3 years in a Microsoft infrastructure environment in a senior role Skills: Great communication skills and team work experience. Experience with working with the SQL Server administration(2014 or newer) Interpersonal skills Business Analysis Creative thinker and good problem solving skills. Responsible for own growth.
